I go to this clinic since I was a little girl (my whole entire family as well). I've got to know all the employees as if they were my second family - always lovely, efficient and honest with what you need and don't need to get done. It's always a pleasure getting my teeth cleaned there and they make big surgeries (getting your wisdom teeth, etc) a little less scary. I could not recommend Dr. Racy Ly and her employees enough.

I had a very disappointing experience.They just wanna take money from the clients. They charge me for an urgent appointment when it was just a regular appointment but I ended up being charged way more than expected, with little explanation provided upfront. What was supposed to be a simple visit turned into a surprisingly large bill with several add-on procedures that I was never clearly informed were extra cost .When I questioned the charges, the staff were evasive and offered no real breakdown that made sense. It felt like the focus was more on upselling unnecessary treatments than providing honest care. I left feeling taken advantage of and frustrated . I made an appointment with Dr Racy when I arrived, I was surprised to be seen by someone else entirely — with no prior notice or explanation. I was not given any choice or heads-up that my appointment had been switched to a different dentist Dr Ly. This lack of communication and transparency is completely unprofessional. Patients deserve to know who will be working on them, especially when they booked with someone specific for a reason. I won’t be returning.I can't recommend this practice to others who value transparency and fair treatment.Poor service .

I’m very satisfied with the dental clinic. They gave me clear advice and showed me exactly how to take care of my teeth. The staff was experienced, well-prepared, and very friendly. They even spoke Spanish, which made the experience easier. I feel they did a great job and genuinely care about dental health and my well-being. Highly recommend!
