Rating: 3/5 I've been a regular shopper at this supermarket for all our basic household necessities, and overall, I'm quite satisfied with the selection and quality of most items. The store is well-stocked, and other sections maintain good standards. However, I consistently notice that the quality of vegetables in the produce section is disappointing. The vegetables often seem old, wilted, and not fresh compared to what you'd expect. It's frustrating because everything else in the store is up to standard, but fresh produce is an essential part of shopping. I hope the management takes this into consideration and improves the quality of vegetables to match the rest of the store.

Previously, I rated this store 4 stars, but my recent experience has been disappointing. I purchased rice that contained insects, and it took several calls before the store agreed to a return. Unfortunately, the replacement product had the same issue. When I visited the store, I noticed that many rice packs were nearing their expiry dates. This highlights a significant lack of quality control and responsibility.

Very bad home delivery service. The girl who takes delivery list is very arrogant and she doesnt know how to behave to customers. Not polite. Shows attitude to customers. Very very bad service. Plz appoint some other person. Or else, shop will shut down very soon.
