Centro Yas Island

Our recent stay at Centro Hotel, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi was an unforgettable experience, not just because of the wonderful hospitality but also because of the kindness and support we received from the staff during an unexpected situation. Unfortunately, our own travel agent from India “Reise holidays pune “Cheated us, failing to inform the hotel about our fourth member—our younger child. We were in a foreign country for the first time with kids, and this could have turned into a stressful nightmare. But Joseph at the reception went above and beyond to help us. Instead of charging extra, he accommodated us without hesitation and even arranged free breakfast for us. His generosity and understanding were truly heartwarming. The entire hotel staff was exceptional—always checking on us, ensuring we were comfortable, and constantly asking how our bookings were getting sorted. Special thanks to Naeem at the concierge, who also made sure we had everything we needed. The customer service at Centro Hotel is beyond amazing—they made us feel at home when we could have been completely lost. Highly, highly recommended for families! Plus, the location is unbeatable—less than 10 minutes from all the parks, making it perfect for a family vacation. If, God forbid, you’re ever tricked by your own travel agent, rest assured that the people at Centro Hotel will take care of you like family. Kudos to the entire team!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Centro Yas Hotel for 38 nights, and it was an amazing experience! The hospitality was top-notch, with the restaurant team, including Vaidehi, Sophie, Bemnet, Shon, and Htet, always going above and beyond to make me feel at home. Their service was on point, and they truly made my stay special with their warmth and attentiveness. A huge thank you to the reception team as well—John, Snow, and Joseph, your professionalism and kindness made everything seamless. A special shoutout to Brian and Angelo at Y Bar—great service every time I visited. However, I wasn’t informed about the airline discount despite going there so many times, and I do wish I had known about it earlier. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

Overall experience was good. ||Great customer service, hotel facilities were nice, this hotel is worth to stay, budget friendly accommodation near to Yas Island attraction. ||It has nice breakfast variety as well. ||Staffs were very accommodating, attentive and helpful
