We used Charlotte to both sell our last house and buy our current home. Selling our last house was a well supported process. Charlotte was there to help and explain each stage and sold our house quickly for a fair market value. Charlotte listened to what we wanted and needed for our family in a new home and showed us a house that she knew would meet all our needs and wants, while also showing us what we thought we wanted. She was very accommodating to our questions, concerns, and ensured we bought a house that will work for our family long term. Her knowledge and experience in realty helped us find an amazing home that we would have missed out on if she had not truly listened to what we needed. We are grateful for the many hours she spent with us to get us into our forever home. If you do not use Charlotte Hogarth and her team at Century 21 you are missing out on the amazing support and experience they have to offer!

The photographer they used was top-notch, and overall, I'd say they were fair. However, it's unfortunate that communication came to a halt as soon as commission was made and could have also been better throughout the sale. We only received a response when it was something they needed on their end of things. Due to this alone, I'm not sure if I would use them for my next sale or recommend them in the future...
