CEO Barber Shop & Salon

We usually go to a cheaper salon for my son but we never liked the cut. Fortunately we found this barber shop and even though it costs a little more, it was totally worth it. For the first time, I liked the outcome of my son’s haircut. The hairstylist was also very patient despite my son being anxious with the razor and having a hard time staying still.

CEO is such an incredible establishment with amazing and considerate staff, positive vibes and an overall welcoming environment; To Susan, you are super friendly and insanely talented! I haven't walked out feeling this good after a cut/beard trim in years and will be booking soon again!!! Highly recommend!

God awful service. Arrived with my son for his appointment on time for 4:15pm. 45 min later we just left. I totally understand cuts going later, squeezing someone else in slightly before that make times a bit later….but nobody even said hello! Or checked in to see what was up. What a joke man. 0 barber shop feel to this place. If I could rate lower, I would. You would think you would keep tabs on who is coming and going through your front door. I really hope this was a fluke one off…but from the other 1 stars, it doesn’t seem that way. ***EDIT: Answer to their response. *** Sure. We both know that is not true because if had you actually greeted us, you would have asked why we were there in the first place. As any business would do. And when you’re running 40+ min late past a client’s scheduled appointment, you probably should have informed us that the barber was running late - but again, that didn’t happen because you didn’t even know who we were - because nobody actually took the time to find out or understand who was getting a haircut! Bad service happens, man. I get it. But what’s horrible is trying to lie about it. I decline your offer for free cut. Not worth it.
