**** Update: Mr. Dwight contacted me directly and was very professional and courteous. He listened carefully, addressed my concerns, and ensured the issue was completely resolved. Thank you. I booked a 45 minute fade showed pictures, and even explained the grade I wanted. Stylist spent only 20 minutes and didn’t do anything close to what I asked for. The result is really disappointing. It’s not about the money it’s about the service. I didn’t get what I paid for. I’ve reached out to support and will update this review once I hear back. And just because it was late in the day doesn’t mean the job should be rushed just to finish. Professionalism means providing the same level of care and attention no matter the time of day. Regards.

I meant to do this a while ago, but anyway, I took my son here to get a fade and honestly they gave him the worst haircut I’ve ever seen in my life. I will never return, I don’t know how they’re still in business they hire on certified barbers Who pretty much use customers as test dummies for their practice. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

I'm so freaking angry. I usually pay $36 for a haircut at Great clips. I'm not made of money. Miami fades charged me $103 it's ridiculous. They should have at least told me up front that it was going to cost $103, as I would never have done it. I feel like I've been taking advantage of. I really really want some my money back. There was no special treatment, no special cuts, just cut and wash and that's it.
