NadineHorrendous front Reception staff. Literally always feel like you are a Massive interruption to their day. The Vets are great if you didn’t have to deal with the front desk EVER. They have lost our six pets because of the horrible customer service of the front end staff. Consider some training for them, not sure it would help.
