I gave two stars because I had to call to have them replace shingles they installed 2years earlier. I was told upon installation that they would use nails and the roof adhesive. There were no nails in the shingle that fell. I called and made an appointment. She worked with me to get an appointment for 3pm. I was also told there would be a fee but when I asked I was not told the price. I figured I would get to discuss with the person who would do the work. My appointment was scheduled for 3pm 5/12. I got off early from work and made it home before 3pm to find out they had already come and done the work. I received no phone call or email. I just received the invoice via email. I am highly annoyed. No one called to say they would be at my home before the appointment; I did not get to talk to anyone about the situation and then received a $500 bill. Update!!!! I changed my review to 4 Stars. Dawson reached out to me and explained how he was not contacted about my situation. Apparently there was a huge misunderstanding in communication about my scheduled appointment and they moved quicker at other jobs. He did agree there was no reason my roof shingles should have fallen and like they did. I did receive a refund.

Beautiful job! Amazing price, product and warranty. Very professional, prompt and pleasant. Any questions or issues answered and dealt with immediately. Love the color 😍

Overall good experience but with a couple of issues that were resolved for the time being. Salesman Dawson at the beginning was truly awesome and his presentation was excellent. However he needs to take a class or two with follow up communication skills. In this area he truly sucks. Would not return phone calls or respond to text messages I sent him. The roof installers did a good job but started to leave two skylights in the roof instead of removing them as per requested by me. When they removed them there were issues and after completion a supervisor had to be sent out to see the mistake they had made. And lastly getting the supervisor here was a task as well. Not his fault however. It was an office girl Mira who we spoke with to tell her the issue we had. She said someone would respond back in a day or two. So a week later we had to call again and this time we spoke to a guy who knew nothing about our situation. We just hope no more problems will arise from this point.This review is with the Yorktown location and not with the Williamsburg location.

Chase Roofing was the only business who would do repair work. Other roofing companies wanted to replace the roof which was unnecessary. The people with the yellow trucks wanted $75 just for an estimate. Chase Roofing was reasonably priced I highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs. I have referred them to my parents and they are having their roof replaced soon.
