Cleanest, quietest room we’ve had in years, regardless of hotel chain. The hotel lobby was spacious & beautiful. Staff was friendly & helpful. A nearby restaurant they recommended was great, I highly recommend the rattlesnake pasta (actually chicken & shrimp) it was delicious! I really, really appreciated the area near the parking lot which was well lit & felt safe for walking my dog in the middle of the night.

The staff were absolutely amazing, so kind and accommodating. Breakfast was good, hot and ready on time daily. Our room was clean and the staff was respectful of our space and only serviced when we requested. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. They have a large area in the back of the hotel that we were able to let our dog play fetch and let our 3 year old ride his bike. We highly recommend this hotel and if we need a place to stay again we will stay here!

Overall, it was a very positive experience. Would give it a 4 plus if that would have been an option. The staff was exceptional---each and every person. The young man (name was something like Talion) did a a phenomenal job. There were so many young people in the room for breakfast because of lots of sporting events over the weekend, and he busted his butt keeping up; and he remained so pleasant to every one even though it had to be unbelievably so stressful of a situation for him. Also, Ash was so very helpful with so many of our questions. But, again each person was great. The rooms were a little lacking in accommodations: no safe, a refrigerator, but no small freezer section, limited lighting in the room; and there were 3 of us, there just was limited towels, etc. for one--as well as soap, shampoo etc. We thought we were getting two double beds; but instead got a kind-size bed and pull out couch which was very uncomfortable and had to request sheets, pillow, blanket, etc. The locations was perfect for us--right off of I-35; and so close to every place we were going.

While visiting my son in Olathe, we stayed three nights at the La Quinta Inn. I wanted to take a moment to share the detail that I saw in making everything look so perfect. We saw the Manager, Ashe, blowing/cleaning the entrance, and the lobby is impeccable. The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was great! The beds are a firm memory foam. I consistently have issues with hotel beds not being comfortable due to my physical issues. I slept very well on their bed. They gave pillow choices. The mall that was previously adjoining the property is closed. There's not much directly close to the hotel, but it's a great location to quickly get on the highway. We plan to stay there again.
