"I ordered ceiling panels with track lights and provided measurements, but during the site inspection, I was informed I needed to order about 20% more due to incorrect measurements. However, after installation, there was over 20% excess material that was discarded. The quality of the installation was poor, as shown in the attached picture, especially considering I paid 5K for it, which is unjustifiable. They promised the job would take a maximum of two days, but it extended to 4-5 days. With the weekend during the installation, I had to extend the scaffolding rental since they don’t provide it. As an interior fit-out company, this job was not only poorly executed but also resulted in significant losses, as the owner penalized us for the project delay, which was critical since this was the final part of the project. Additionally, we designed and shared drawings for a client who was supposed to pay our commission, but they later stated there would be no commission after the order was placed. Instead of addressing the issue for a customer with multiple orders, it seems you’re dismissing the clear evidence of poor workmanship that led to delays and penalties from the villa owner. I want to clarify that the pictures I provided were taken on-site with my own camera, showcasing the mess left by your installation team, which required our team to clean up. I expect a global company to adhere to basic precautions, such as protecting the floors and implementing safety measures like wearing PPE when using ladders. I can confirm that the project was not completed in a timely manner. While the final result was acceptable, it was only achieved after the intervention of our designer and your office, along with significant time loss. As a global company, I expect a more professional approach to this matter, rather than suggesting that I am sharing misleading information or assuming that I am upset. I stand by the accuracy of my statements and the photos I have shared. Thank you
