Came home to this vehicle parking in front of my house during an event at Remax field. A parking permit is required to park there during Remax field events. I had my elderly grandma in the vehicle who was coming for tea after Sunday service. I asked the 4 men getting out of the taxi to please move and that they are illegally parked without a permit. They said that their friend had the keys and that they would get him and move the vehicle. They never returned, I ended up just taking my grandmother home because we could not park anywhere in our own neighborhood. Even after calling dispatch the vehicle never got moved. I would never use this company if this is the lack of respect they have for elderly.

I was picked up around 9 p.m. at my friends place. I am 65 years old. Opened the sliding door, and there is no seat at the door. I had to crawl in , crouching on one knee. When arriving at my home, I could not get out of the car.The seat is so far from the door, I had to sit down on the floor to be able to climb out, step down. MOST DEGRADING.

Amazing Customer Service! I was so happy to get a cab on such short notice, the dispatchers were personal and friendly, and the driver was exceptional! I had misplaced my phone in the cab and didn't know until I got to my front door. I called them, they managed to track down the driver and he personally delivered it to me. If you ever need a taxi, please call these guys! Fabulous service!
