I was in a bit of a pickle due to another apparel company refusing to print my sweaters last minute. It was a big order, and I had a limited budget and a tight deadline. I was about ready to give up but I e-mailed CheckPoint One for a quote just in case, explaining the situation. They were extremely accommodating, working with me on both my budget and deadline. The price was excellent. The quality of both the sweaters and the custom print was amazing, and exceeded expectations. The sweaters came very fast. The customer service was amazing as well (special thanks to Amy!). My only regret was not using Checkpoint One in the first place! **Edited to add: A name was printed slightly wrong on one of the sweaters (nobody was to blame, it was a miscommunication error). I e-mailed their customer service and they fixed the sweater for free in a timely manner. Absolutely stellar customer service!

Communication was relatively cordial, emailed back in a timely manner. Product came out looking fantastic and was delivered relatively quickly, considering there's a pandemic. A few errors were made on the part of checkpoint one. After I brought them up, they tried to blame me for these errors before telling me to take my business elsewhere. Need to realize a customer service complaint isn't an insult to their character. Take a step back, if you made a mistake, it happens. Take accountability instead of pinning it on the customer.

I put in my order on December 9th, it's now December 17th and I haven't gotten anything. I live 5.7KM from the Checkpoint HQ. I could have literally sawed both my legs off and gotten there with my arms dragging my body faster than this.
