Owen came out and did an amazing job on our living room carpet, stairs, upstairs hallway and laundry room. The most noticeable difference was in our living room. We had all but given up on this carpet after years of wear and tear, dogs, kids, and difficult red clay stains. Stanley Steemer came out a few times and we were never really impressed. I can’t even believe this is the same carpet!!! It looks almost new and smells amazing. Owen was very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. We will definitely use Chem-Dry again in the future.

Jack, our technician, was fantastic. He called in advance of arrival, asked good questions, and had the grace to deal patiently and with ideas and solutions for a stressed out customer. I recommend him especially. ChemDry can improve process to manage expectations and preparation for moisture exposure, as I was paranoid with newly refinished wood floors. Jack had ideas and positive/receptive tone and words even in facing my stress. Kudos and Jack and CD for hiring a strong player who acted thoughtfully and with character on his own, no management involved. I’m also recommending him to other consumers.
