Absolutely amazing experience! From the get go, they communicated well before the actual moving process and answered any questions I had. They were kind and flexible when it came to delaying the move a day later. During the moving process, they were quick, efficient, and very careful with our belongings. Once our U-Box was packed, they let us know how what the next steps were. Would definitely work with them again! Highly recommend if you are looking for help with your move!

We booked with Cherry City last October through U-Haul. The two young men that moved us were incredible. They were able to get so much done in a couple hours, moved our stuff with great care and worked so hard. I tipped them well but honestly, if I could afford it I would have doubled the rate because they were that good! We’re moving again this month and I’m reaching out directly to them this time, because I trust them over anyone else in town.

Believe the 1 star reviews. I could not get ahold of the company for a week. The person who texted me said he is having issues with his boss so he would not be helping for my move the next day. I again tried to get in contact with someone. The movers first arrived to the wrong address. They then took over 3 hours to move a small studio apartment and made me pay an additional hour through venmo. They damaged multiple plates, there is a huge gash in one of my dressers, they ruined a storage bag and they left another dresser falling apart. I again tried contacting them through text and email with no response for days. The owner blamed me for the damages and said he will not refund me because he is having housing issues. I don't see how that is my fault. He is refusing to come to any compromise. He is completely unprofessional and rude. He also had many of his friends AND ONE OF THE MOVERS who ruined my things try and boost his review ratings.
