Courtney is amazing! And always on time! She’s one of the dental hygienists here at Chesapeake Dental in Princess Anne- she’s so kind and patient and very informative you can tell she really enjoys her job. My daughter had the pleasure of getting her twice in a row now for her cleanings and I hope we continue getting her.

My last visit when I arrive to check in the receptionist said “someone was supposed to call you about rescheduling your appointment.” She apologized and asked if I wanted to reschedule mind you I drove all the way to Princess Anne. I don’t agree with the changes in dentist. Dr. McCready was awesome. Lastly, keep all receipts especially if the payment is due before services(such as a crown) because it can be confusion with the payment system.

Horrible customer service and the the dentist do not care about you doesn't matter how many patients your swamped with. Took a month just to get a emergency check-up waited for 2 hours just for them to send me to an endodontist, I had a root canal from the endodontist I've been calling for 3 weeks to get a permanent fill in and crown they have never called me back and now my tooth has chipped and probably will have to get it extracted now. 😡 If I had regular insurance I would NEVER COME HERE

Originally, I had a hard time getting in here. I would have left a bad review based on that a couple years ago. However, they changed their policy and now you can get in with an emergency. After my initial emergency, I was able to get a follow up and it has been an exceptionally good experience. Dr. Henry and her assistant, Diaz, have been amazing. They work together seamlessly like a good team should. They’ve had a lot of work to do on me because I didn’t go to the dentist for at least 15 years before I walked in their door. They always make me feel comfortable and welcome. I would recommend them highly. They do a really good job at minimizing pain as well. Thank you so much for all you do!
