I recently started going to OAD after a word of mouth recommendation. The experience from beginning to end was exceptional. The front desk staff are well organized and prompt, Dr. Sac and his team provided awesome personalized care, and the best part was not having to wait months and months to be scheduled. Great team, great client services, great docs. Highly recommend.

I’m extremely disappointed and honestly furious with how unprofessional this clinic is. I had an appointment scheduled for over two months, and they sent me an email at 8AM the day before saying if I don’t send my insurance info immediately, they’ll cancel it. I saw the email a few hours later and guess what? They already canceled it. No phone call, no second reminder, no flexibility, nothing. You don’t treat patients like that especially not people who have waited two damn months. This isn’t just careless, it’s disrespectful. I could’ve used that time to book with someone else, but instead, you wasted it and offered ZERO help when I called. Just a cold “you can reschedule online.” Absolutely unacceptable. You clearly don’t care about your patients, only about policies and forms. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values their time, health, or basic human decency. Fix your communication. And maybe treat people like people instead of numbers
