I feel conned out of my money. I'd made an appointment thinking my insurance covered it. They said they didn't take my insurance. Which I was ok with. They said, "Do you want to go through with the teeth cleaning. I said yes. All they did was take pictures x-rays nothing else. Your the professional consultation to a client is key to all professional practices. I was lied to and miss lead to believe I was getting a teeth cleaning and got only pictures of x-rays. Then tell me have a nice day and sorry. No one cares about sorry or having a nice day. How about you have a better consultation with the client and ask question to get better and clear understanding on what you are doing. Save your apology for someone else.

We were in Las Vegas for a week long visit and my toddler hit his front teeth on the bathtub. This dentist office was super responsive and helpful. They we're able to give us an appointment the same day to check his teeth. They were friendly, helpful, and super accommodating. Highly recommended based on our limited interaction.
