Vital Smiles was the best place to take your children for their dental needs. They had the best friendly staff you could ask for. They answered the phone and were organized. However, after COVID that all changed. The turnover rate for the staff is crazy. They are always short staffed. Of the staff that are working, half of the them walk around doing nothing. The staff, including the dentist and hygienist are rude. If you try to call, you get a call center in India that can't understand you. Appointments take all day, so be prepared to wait. I've been bringing my children to Vital Smiles smiles for the past 20 years, but now I have to find another dentist for them because this just isn't the same Vital Smiles that I grew to love. Please don't waste your time or money.

Ashley at the front desk was wonderful. We had a scheduling confusion and instead of making us reschedule for November, she was able to adjust things for us to be seen immediately. Her kindness made an already tough day so much better. The hygienist team and dentist was also very friendly, efficient and professional.

My daughter had a toothache all night and I called the dental office first thing in the morning and they were able to see. We did not have to wait too long and the lady who saw was really nice and explained everything that needed to be done.

Was told about this place through a mutual friend about a year ago and boy has it been a roller coaster. My kids have been rescheduled multiple times within the little time of being a patient with no apologies. It looks VERY outdated and not VERY clean. The lady who is suppose to be the manager Constance is VERY rude, I’ve heard her talk to the employees very rudely and she doesn’t make you feel welcomed. The women Doctor, Dr. Duke who takes care of my kids is always nice, sweet, and knows how to talk to you. The Hygienist and the doctors assistants are always nice and very hard working and if it was not for the assistants and Dr. Duke I would have stopped coming a long time ago but I’ve now reach my breaking point. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.
