Manvir (Manny) was incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly with my international shipment. I was a bit nervous since I’d never sent anything internationally before and was worried about getting the address wrong, but he was welcoming and patiently guided me through the process, explaining everything clearly. He was efficient without ever making me feel rushed and even managed to assist another customer while helping me too. Overall, it was great, customer-focused service. I’ll definitely be coming back here the next time I need to send a package, and would recommend this location.

I had a horrible experience during my visit. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for assistance with something that should have taken only one or two minutes. I don't understand why this person is working here if they can't handle the job properly. I was waiting for my parcel, and there were two ladies ahead of me. It took the employee 20 minutes to assist them, and while I was waiting, he chose to help the gentleman behind me instead of acknowledging me. When I pointed this out, he ignored me completely. Instead of apologizing for making me wait, he simply said nothing. I told him that he shouldn't let me wait for 20 minutes when my request only took a couple of minutes to address. It seemed like he had no awareness of the lineup and could have helped other customers more efficiently. It's frustrating that it feels like it's my fault for his inability to do his job properly.
