When my friend suggested this place and I got there, I was asking if it's really a hotel till I got in... Small but mighty. They run on 24/7 electricity. Room already had an electric kettle, a tea cup, coffee, milk and sugar. Very cozy and quiet, room spacious enough and well equipped, I didn't even expect a complimentary breakfast till the waiter came around the next morning. I enjoyed the toast and egg. The staff are very friendly and up to the task. Would I be patronizing them again? Yes
Good communication. Arrived to eventually get a room with little alteration to my booking . Overall cozy. Staff are polite . Secure environment. Rooms well maintained.
I was at this choice hotel a couple of years ago and I swore never to be there again. Now with the renovations I thought they would have improved but the service is terrible. No security man to open the gate, The potter literally stroked to meet me after a long time waiting. The receptionist (the one with the tribal marks) was the worst - terrible terrible attitude. How does one keep a business with staff like these?
