Citizens Insurance Agency (Germania Insurance Agency Fredericksburg)

This agency treated my elderly mom like dirt. They raised her rates without telling her...almost doubled. They filed a claim on an inquiry where she asked for zero dollars as her roof was undamaged. This affected her ability to get new insurance policies. Then they charged her for a half month in the past at the new rate when we bought new insurance, even though we pay in advance a month. Also, she was told she would owe nothing when she left. No apologies were given for any of this. They were rude and inconsistent. And we would never want anyone to experience that. By the way, they were a great company for 18 years for my mom. But then they were sold a couple years ago and that’s when the incompetence started. So most good reviews were probably before the change.

Treva was the best in helping my parents with their insurance and all the paperwork. She also made the time to research prices and find the best coverage for them. I highly recommend using this company:)
