Wow. Trying to return a large Amazon pkg, the QR code needed to be emailed , but the man behind the counter was rushing me so fast, I had to keep saying hold on / I need you to slow down as it was not how I normally return items-I needed to ask how to email it etc, he just says I need to help the people behind you- it was literally way less than one minute that I was there asking what steps to take- that he started helping people behind me! Left me standing there as if I didn’t exist. I was like …im not quite done with my transaction -No eye contact, totally not friendly or even helpful. The young lady ends up stepping in and assisted me. I was so stunned at the negative energy- but she provided exceptional customer service I live nearby but I won’t come back here again. I don’t go around leaving poor reviews but this was terrible. Not that it matters! :) I was just like.. wow. Terrible. There were people there too. Really felt great as a customer- not.
Didn't make sense to sit there with the phone ringing 15+ times, TWICE, a couple hours apart. Amazon should have FedX as a return place instead. That's who I ship with when I ship.
The manager provided abysmal customer service; however, the rest of the staff is pleasant. I've been going here for years, but I will never return after experiencing a total nightmare where the labels on my packages were switched and shipped to the wrong places. Instead of just issuing me a new return label, the manager yelled, 'Employees don't make mistakes, only customers.' It was borderline hostile, and I certainly don't recommend this business.
I redirected my package to ship to this location as a ups access point. After the online tracking indicated that it had arrived, I was expecting to go to the store and pick it up. The store manager, Noman, denied that the package was received and rudely insisted that there was nothing he could do and coldly insisted I had made a mistake and contact customer support. After waiting on hold over the phone for almost an hour, another employee called me to tell me they had the package the entire time. Do not go out of your way to do business with this location.
