After a back and quad injury rendered me unavailable to walk or lie down or sit without extreme pain, I came to Boss Physio not through a referral but because they were close to home. The level of expertise and care for my series of treatments I received over the course of the last month was superlative, the homework provided was precise to my needs of rehab, and Ali and team helped me recover from such a dire state to 4 weeks later able to play and compete in a baseball tournament with 7 games over a 3 day period. Miraculous stuff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Boss Physio for anyone in Whitby/Oshawa looking to rehab from an injury to get their quality of life back - or if you are playing sports and need the help to get back to health for that too.

I've been going to boss physio for a few months now and i am impressed with the various modalities Ali incorporates into your session. I've been going for lower back issues and it has certainly improved over the few months that i have been coming. He also equips me with stretches to do on my own time. The facility itself is modern, clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend boss physio!

Ali is just awesome! I swear this man knows the name of every muscle or joint in your body. I go often and the relief I get from my permanent hand injury is unbelievable. The entire staff there is knowledgeable and extremely caring. 5/5 rating.
