I definitely won't be returning to this hotel. Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a little over a week and we're not impressed. We arrived to our room to find a full pack of cigarettes behind the bed confirming the room wasn't cleaned adequately. Our microwave wouldn't work the first day but randomly started working so obviously there's a short in that. The TVs are set so that you CANT use the HDMI port. A sign out front advertises "free breakfast" but their idea of that is packets of oatmeal in the lobby. Staff was rude when I asked about breakfast and pointed out that I had animals when I mentioned the price. Absolutely no extra toilet paper was put in my room so when i ran out i started just getting in the shower after going number 2. A week and a half had well over $1,000 dumped into this hotel. The AC in my room was broken and had no way to adjust the temperature. Plus, the filter to our AC was disgusting and has to be cleaned by me personally. I would advise everyone considering this hotel goes to the Red Roof Inn next door.

If you want cooties go here. They got plenty of critters for you free of charge...all kinds. They don't give you trash liners and they won't so don't even ask or you'll get the evil eye from the managers of the hotel. Extremely rude people. The drawers when I opened them were full of dead bugs. All kinds including the ones you don't want to take home with you. No one stops to clean rooms and don't ask for fresh linens. I would say a whole lot more but need I say more? Just don't...they seemed super shady with their credit card exchange too. Be careful. Nothing happened but that's probably because I put a stop on that account right after our exchange. I found out too late about how bad this place was. 😕

My children and I had a terrible experience here and would strongly suggest others to avoid staying here, no matter how cheap the rates may seem. First of all, the rooms were absolutely filthy. I was given multiple rooms, and every single one of them had not even been cleaned—beds unmade, trash still in bins, bathrooms clearly untouched. It was clear the staff had no intention of addressing the issue, and instead of offering any kind of apology or resolution, they were completely unwilling to compromise. What made matters even worse was the way I was treated as a Black customer. I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable, unwelcome, and even targeted. The prejudice from the staff was undeniable, and the atmosphere was outright negative. No guest should have to experience this kind of treatment anywhere, let alone at a hotel where you’re paying to feel safe and rested. Cheap rates mean nothing if you’re sacrificing cleanliness, dignity, and basic human decency. Stay far away from this place!

For the price, this place is great. You want frills, pay for frills. If you don't pay for them, don't complain that you don't have them. The room was clean, everything worked, there was enough space for a family of 4, we slept well, and the people at the desk were attentive to our needs. It was everything the budget-minded traveler needs, and we would stay there again.
