I've been dealing with and tragically try to manage neck, shoulder, and back pain for over 20 years. You don't realize the extent of how much and how long you've been experiencing discomfort, pain, loss of mobility, and stiffness because it becomes your everyday norm, you learn to live with it no matter how bad it becomes. One visit is all it took for me to decide I was coming back for the treatment plan they carefully created for me. A treatment plan intentionally tailored to me, specifically from the findings according to my initial assessment appointment. Which, was the most impressive and detailed assessment I've ever experienced. They use upgraded technically and techniques to diagnose and treat you. Both treating doctors are stellar with handling you, and they work hard to ensure every appointment is more than satisfactory. I walk out of there better and better than the first time I received treatment. I have a long road to recovery but I'm more than happy with my progress. I am amazed by the entire staff and I couldn't be any more satisfied with the services I've been receiving. They treat you like family, greet you by your name, listen to your needs, and they work together to resolve your concerns WITHOUT PRESSURE. You don't leave feeling like a walking money $ sign, you leave knowing you're well taken care of. They are great with explaining things at a level that's easy to understand and they really connect with you. It's not all medical mumbojumbo jargon that leaves you confused. You receive a full understanding and broken down analogies to help back up your comprehension. Again, the entire staff is incredible, but I double tip my hat to Joy. She's been very supportive and reassuring right from the moment I walked in. It's like she's my personal assistant yet, she's more personable, as though she's my sister and looking out for my best interest. Clear Families Chiropractic is extremely fortune to have her as a valuable staff member.
