I came to Dr. Spencer after having been told that I could no longer take Ibuprofen for pain. Having suffered for years from chronic neck and shoulder pain, and more recently from left hip pain, I was skeptic, but after a couple of visits I was ready to begin the extensive treatment, now combined with at home exercise (I'm not that consistent.) I report that I now feel much better, my pain level is lower and I have accepted ice. The employees are all extremely kind, Bethany, Amber, Sonya in the office, Dr. Spencer is amazing. My favorite is Leslie, who is an angel. She has an amazing touch, she does the "Pheso" and laser treatments, and she also listens and distracts me to helps the time pass. I have had a marvelous experience, I expect to continue taking care of myself with exercise, the smaller laser I purchased (a wonderful instrument) and better posture. I should mention reducing stress could help, but I haven't mastered that miracle yet. Thank you Dr. Spencer and her amazing team.

The office and team are extremely wonderful!! I'm not too sure about the validity of red light therapy in general. I didn't see the results i had hoped for after my single session. Maybe it's just not for everyone, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! But I'm referring to the actual light therapy itself. That was in no way a reflection on the staff or the excellent customer service at Spencer's Chiropractic. Amber was informative and attentive. An absolute delight to work with!

I was nervous before my first visit, but was immediately put at ease both by the staff and by the peaceful, healing atmosphere that pervades the office. After the initial visit, Dr. Spencer clearly explained what was wrong and laid out a treatment plan. Her manner and confidence gave me confidence. Finances were presented clearly. There have been no surprises. I am not yet half way through program, but am already feeling much less pain. I am so happy to have found a health care professional that I can proudly recommend.

Insurance and billing information is clearly provided by the staff and I always understand the plan of care and amount of money I will owe. I have visited this office many times over the past 4 years and have never had a negative interaction with any of the doctors or staff.
