They tell you to arrive 15 min before your appointment or they will reschedule you "NO EXCEPTIONS" and then when you get there on the time they request, theres no one at the desk for 30 min for you to even check in. You have to pay in COINS to exit the lot which is insane. The staff is so dismissive and seem to get flustered over the most basic tasks, I don't even know what level of training goes into hiring...there was an elderly man waiting in front of us for 30 min clearly unable to even stand and the lady at the desk tells him to go back to the end of the line because she isn't booking appointments, only checking pre made appointments in. How hard would it be to set up signage for people to know that before you make them wait in line and waste their time?? My personal experience was for a pregnancy ultrasound and my husband was not allowed in the room despite me requesting for him to be there until the end. Was later told it was because "he would ask too many questions" while the tech was working....for the first 20 min of the ultrasound it was dead silent and the tech did not walk me through anything she saw. It wasn't until I asked if everything was ok that I was told "oh yea I see the baby" what a wild way to conduct ultrasounds for first time moms. Such a bad experience overall. Really tarnished what was supposed to be a really important experience for us.

My first experience was to book an appointment. That first impression was real negative...as I'm going through the hoops on the phone system the messaging saying that aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and the use of law enforcement might be used etc. In my opinion that message in itself is very aggressive and rude! People who are needing medical services that we pay I might add don't need to be intimidated... If the staff at these facilities are being spoken to badly first is not a regular occurrence I would think but if it happens maybe there's a reason?

Extremely disappointed! I specifically visited for an X-ray, only to be informed upon arrival that the service was unavailable. Despite receiving no assistance, I was still charged for parking—simply for inquiring? That hardly seems reasonable.

Clear medical imaging is my workers experience since I moved to Windsor. This chain clinic is hiring people over the phone I’m having hard time to understand this is first issue, second they are always busy no matter what they can’t give you appointment in 1 month usually for simple ultrasound you should wait for months! Now they are not booking at all! They told me wait we don’t know how long we will call you! You can be on waiting list!
