I had a disappointing experience at this dental clinic. It really feels like they operate more as a business focused on making money rather than providing personalized care. They try to upsell you at every opportunity, from recommending expensive mouth guards to insisting on full X-rays at every cleaning (even at every routine 6-month cleaning visits). I was also told I needed several fillings, but after getting a second opinion, another dentist confirmed they were superficial and didn’t require treatment. On top of that, there are three different dentists rotating through the clinic, so you end up seeing someone different each time, making it hard to build trust or receive consistent care. I won’t be returning.
