Very happy with our new bathroom suite Lewis and the team installed whilst my family were away on holiday. Lewis sent updates throughout and it was lovely to arrive home with the work all completed to a very high standard. Highly recommended.

Absolutely in love with our new bathroom! Lewis, Greg & Nicolle were amazing from start to finish – so helpful with planning and design, full of great ideas, and made the whole process stress free. Every detail is perfect, and it honestly feels like a little luxury spa at home. The guys were really friendly & chatty when they were in. They also left the bathroom & the rest of the house completely spotless. We’ve done a whole house renovation and throughout the process have dealt with a lot of tradesman - this was by far the best experience we’ve had! Just gutted we didn’t come across them sooner. Would 100% recommend to everyone & definitely would use again ✨

From the minute I contacted Cloud 9 I was very impressed with them, they are professional & took the time to understand what I wanted when I did even know. Lewis & Nicole are very dedicated to delivering the best experience. From the initial chat to the drawing & then the install I was kept updated on this even when I had to go away for a week through the install. I love my kitchen & new living space, the work done has totally transformed the house. Looking forward to working with this business again soon.
