Bad service I guess, everyone ignored me. And when I asked questions the saleperson looked super annoyed. I had a list of what I wanted to buy but just bought 4 items and left the store.

Not much inventory and employee didn’t seem interested in helping us. Was more interested in staying behind the register and talking with other employee. When I requested if he could call me when products I needed came in, again no interest. He walked away from twice as I was asking a question. The store is unorganized and lacking inventory. No interest in customer service either, first I asked if he can call me and put aside what I need, he shrugged his shoulders then I asked if I should call to see if they got what I need before driving 45 minutes to get there and the response I got was “ if we answer the phone you’re lucky because we’re busy” meanwhile the employees seemed only interested to stay planted behind the desk near the phone! I’m going to try somewhere else next time and I regret buying anything from Fitness Depot.

Excellent service!!! Sent an email to check inventory and got a reply very quickly. When I went to the store to pick up my equipment I got great advice. A very positive experience.

When I walked in, it was like I was completely invisible. No one greeted me or asked if I needed any help and I spent at least 30mins looking around. When I asked a question to the guy behind the counter he could barely take his face away from his computer screen. Customer service was unacceptable!
