Coastal Active Health (aka Sidney Chiropractic and Massage)

Thanks so much to the staff at Coastal Active! Right from the get go, Alberta made my appointments so I could go from one practitioner to the next with no time wasted. That’s the beauty of their larger clinic. I have been a patient of Dr. Benn for a few years. My last results were so incredible, I was so shocked that after my acupuncture session with Jacob and then Dr. Benn with the laser and some adjustments - the following day, the pain that I had suffered for weeks, with the tendons surrounding my knee fracture were gone! My tendons were very angry and the treatments definitely simmered them down. I couldn’t believe the difference. I could even get into the car without having to lift my leg with my hands because I couldn’t bend my leg because of the pain. Thank you again to the team at Coastal Active.

Had Jake K. for an acupuncture treatment. Very knowledgeable and able to locate and treat specific issues I had. Very friendly and professional. Will be going back to see him again.

Ben and Brian are both ROCKSTARS who've managed to keep my old bones moving and able to keep up with those 10 years my juniors on the ball court. Match that with Louise, up front, providing excellent and mindful assistance with scheduling, billing and some pleasant conversation while you wait....
