We are very happy with the friendly and professional care that Meeko has received. Our Vet, Dr Nicholls has been excellent in providing the best care possible to our fur baby. All the staff we have met have also been awesome. A month ago Meeko experienced a medical issue and the staff quickly booked us to see Dr Nicholls. This effort was greatly appreciated. We would wholeheartedly recommend the Cobequid Animal Hospital to anyone looking for medical care for their family members of the animal kind.
Sarah MaguireI have seen at least six different vets at Cobequid Animal Hospital over the course of 12 years and two dogs, and each of them have been incredibly helpful and clearly passionate about caring for the patient, while making sure the human is comfortable, too (i.e. answering all the helicopter-mom questions and not even batting an eye when presented with a bag of gross, smelly and nowhere-near-solid poop I thought they might want to analyze). The staff is always very attentive and eager to help with anything, either over the phone or in-person. Great people, great service - thanks for everything you do!
Adam SOur dog became unwell quickly and our regular vet could not see her due to being fully booked. I called cobequid animal hospital to reach out if they could see our dog since we are not patients there. Not only did they allow us to bring our dog in, they also had a same day appointment to have her seen. The front staff was very friendly and welcoming. The vet we saw was fantastic! Friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He managed to asses her, do blood work and have results for us all within 20 minutes. We were very satisfied with the price compared to having to go to an emergency and left with all medications required for our dog. We are now committed to making this vet our main clinic we will bring our dog in the future. Thanks again!
INSPIRE - LEARN - EVOLVEI have been going to this place for 7 years and it has gone down drastically since it turned corporate owned. All of the prices have increased 30% with no warning this past summer. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats so the increase is getting to be too much. Also the customer service has declined since there was a large staff turnover. I will be shopping for a new place that cares more for the animals than the price tag.
