I had a great experience with Krystell! I loved the results of my facial - my face was glowing post-appointment. She answered all my questions and explained the entire procedure. I did have to wait 10-15 minutes in the waiting room for her to finish with her client before me, but for me, that was no problem! I appreciate that she takes her time with each client and gives them undivided attention that corresponds with their needs. It’s worth the wait 🥰

I really like Krystell and she does a fine job but she is chronically late 15 - 60+ minutes and this last time she was a no show. She offered me an 8:30 appointment, didn’t show and only responded to my text just after 10 am. Sorry to not be able to continue to do business with her.
