​The gym itself is an excellent facility—it's clean, has good equipment, and the massage chairs are fantastic. For the amenities alone, this place would be an easy five stars. ​However, the experience was tainted by an awkward sign-up process and rude staff. ​The sign-up process is questionable and manipulative. Immediately upon joining, staff push you to scan a QR code and leave an instant five-star review before you've even used the gym. This tactic feels manipulative and detracts from an otherwise positive new-member experience. They need to stop pressuring people for unearned ratings. ​Worse, the customer service was unsatisfactory. We were seriously looking at a membership and were ready to get it. When we indicated we were ready to sign up, one of us simply said, "Okay," and a lady at the desk rudely shot back, "Okay, what???" with an attitude. Finally, their handling of feedback is the last straw. They respond to every negative review with the exact same automated, canned response, which never addresses the actual content of the complaint. This shows they are not truly listening to member concerns about their manipulative tactics or rude staff.

Very friendly staff. I was given a tour by Saera, she was very helpful and transparent, and answered all my questions. The facility looks great. Very easy to follow the design. I’m looking forward to my new membership!

Easy to sign up. Clear and transparent on any fees etc. I had been coming with my husband and have loved the atmosphere of no judgment! Awesome place to work out!
