Metro KC Fitness - Argentine

I grew up in Argentine and Kansas City and recently became a member of Metro KC Fitness the membership plan is very affordable and they have different options available. The staff that helped me out they were very friendly really self-explanatory on the gym what the gym was about even asked if why we were wanting to work out so there's different options on working with the trainer to build muscle to lose weight or just to do cardio. the facility is very clean the other members have been very helpful when I had questions or ask questions or just very friendly. I've been training with Jessica for just two weeks, and the difference in both my mindset and approach to fitness is already noticeable. Jessica takes the time to ensure I understand proper form and technique, which has helped build a strong foundation from the start. On top of that, she's been incredibly helpful with clean eating tips that feel realistic and sustainable—not overwhelming.
