They pick and choose what rules to enforce. Very large and hefty kids were going down the toddler slide almost landing in my 2 year old at the bottom of the slide. But the lifeguard only wanted to keep yelling at my son for not going on his butt/back. I completely understand enforcing the butt rule however when no other rule is enforced it becomes very frustrating especially when more serious issues are taking place. At one point, I told the lifeguard I know I’m trying to keep him on his butt, but can you please enforce all the other rules too those kids are way too big to be going down the toddlers side and she chuckled and said yes, I know. She didn’t do a single thing about the other rules being broken that were far more dangerous.

NRH Centre is always an amazing time. The people that visit this workout facility are so nice and you can tell the staff are genuinely kind people. I've been working out, swimming, shooting hoops, and recently playing pickleball here for years. Fantastic place period.

We just celebrated a birthday party 🥳 at NRH Centre and I only have great things to say. The party rooms are excellent, warm and well equipped. The guys at the front desk were very friendly with all of my guests and the lifeguards in the kiddie pool/slide did awesome at keeping all those kids in check 😀👀. Thank you so much! I’ll be back! ⚙️

Me and my son found this place when his father was staying in North Richland Hills and we loved it. The indoor pool was great. I especially was rock climbing a slide a little kids area and a hot tub. I would definitely recommend this place.
