Excellent service above and beyond. Our AC stopped working overnight. We called Cold Comfort early the next morning. They called back right away and got us an appointment the same day. Before they got off the phone, they even tried to troubleshoot a little over the phone. When the tech arrived he found out it was a simple and inexpensive fix. We are most grateful for the high quality service.

We brought in Cold Comfort in 24’ to upgrade our AC+gas furnace into a fully electric heat pump. From providing quotes of various product / product tiers, to implementing the work, Cold Comfort team was patient, punctual, on-time, clean, and paying attention to details. Icing on the cake was someone in the crew was able to properly transplant a hydrangea to make room for the heat pump. We appreciate their work, and we’d recommend them to anybody.
