Greg was a listing agent for two properties of mine in Bloomington, IL. Despite multiple unforeseen complexities with the transactions, he helped me navigate the process and went above and beyond to make sure the deal went through as planned. I have worked with several other realtors in the area, and Greg has been hands down been the best. I would highly recommend.

I wrote this in 2019 on Yelp: We met Greg when I was 7 months pregnant. We wanted to move to Bloomington before the baby was born. My husband went to meet Greg who helped him narrow down our list of homes we’d looked at online, and spent the day going house to house. They narrowed it to three homes and the following day he brought me down to meet Greg and look at the three houses. Greg was flexible, reliable, and considerate of our circumstances. There is no pressure, he told us how it was, what kinds of choices we had, what was typically done and he’d give examples of unusual circumstances to give perspective. We picked the house we wanted, wrote an offer and set a closing date that day. Between calling Greg off the back of a business card and writing up a contract, it was only 3-4 days, and that’s what we needed. In April 2018 we came across what appeared to be our dream home on the ole interwebs. Knowing listings can be deceiving, we called Greg and asked him to take us out there. The baby we’d had when purchasing the last house was profoundly disabled and had recently been given only a few years to live. He came with us everywhere so Greg got to know "Mouse Man" well. Greg was always so good to Mouse Man that he began recognizing him. He was in a wheelchair full time, and the house we were looking at had a wheelchair ramp and 6500 sq ft of living space. Our home we were in was getting cramped with all of our son's medical equipment. We wheeled Mouse Man around and thought how nice it would be for him and his siblings to have so much more space. His bedroom was quickly picked - an office with a glass door so we could easily check on him and even the paint job that most would consider unappealing was perfect for Mouse’s disabilities. This seemed meant to be. We decided to think on it, and within a week or so we decided to write up an offer which was quickly negotiated and agreed upon. Greg gave us great advice on selling the old house. He gave us one piece of advice about moving some furniture and we thought, "We disagree, it looks nice like that." We had a showing and sure enough - the complaint from the buyers was about the furniture. After that we decided to heed every single bit of advice - do this, do that, change this, clean that. It was a lot of work, frustrating showings, some unkind comments, bad offers… we were growing more aggravated by the day. Greg was always encouraging us. He promised he would get it sold, and that we'd get back what we put in. We were finally offered a fair price from a wonderful buyer. It was an odd 'contingent' offer; the buyer needed to sell her home first, but wanted to rent our home until she closed on hers, and then until we closed on this one she was renting from us. This worked out well for us and really is a dream situation for anyone with an offer contingent on closing on their current home first. But here's what makes Greg amazing. He knows his clients, he knows them well, and he knows their needs. He gets to know his clients, and he got to know our special little guy. We had a move-in date for our renter/buyer and we needed to have a lease signed, deposit and rent collected, walkthrough, etc., a Saturday in mid September. But Mouse Man caught a cold, it developed into pneumonia, and I found him the Monday prior to the move-in date, having lost his battle with his rare disease. Greg said not to worry about a thing. The funeral was set to take place on move-in day, and Greg made sure to take care of everything for us so that we could say goodbye to our son. We closed on our first home we bought while our son was in the NICU having a permanent feeding tube surgically placed, and Greg moved in our renter/buyer while we said goodbye to that same son. If you want a real estate agent who is investing themselves into you, your family, and your needs, call Greg. He takes a real interest in his clients. He doesn't pull any punches, he gives real advice, but you are more than a payday to him.

Having dealt with half a dozen real estate agents in the last several years, Greg is easily the best residential realtor I have had the pleasure of working with. He was extremely knowledgeable of the local market and was able to quickly market and sell my property through a seamless process.
