Coldwell Banker Residential Property Management

Our experience with Coldwell Banker has been great so far! From Bryan helping us tour the rental home to getting set up on the tenant portal and connecting with Amy and Anthony, everything has gone smoothly. The home meets our family’s needs perfectly as we prepare to welcome a little one this April. The portal was easy to set up and made paying the deposit and rent simple. The lease was straightforward and could be signed electronically, which made the process even easier. During our move-in walkthrough, I noted a few items that needed attention. Submitting maintenance requests through the Latchel app was quick and simple, and the team responded to the work orders the very next day. We did have some hiccups with one particular issue, but Anthony and his team (Chris, Gabe, and Seth) were incredibly responsive in problem-solving and finding a solution. When I voiced my frustration, they showed real integrity by coming back to make things right — that says a lot about their commitment to good service. That specific work order has since been resolved, and we’re just waiting on the final touches for the remaining orders as the team reviews them. Overall, we’re very pleased and look forward to the next 12 months (hopefully with no more work orders, ha!). It’s a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood, and we feel very fortunate.

Have been leasing with Coldwell for some time now. First house we had to move due to the owners selling which was understandable. So we had to settle on a much smaller home. We recently decided to get something bigger. Went and toured the home and everyone was aware we were going with said home, scheduled a time for our move out inspection in which I was told it was never on their schedule. Never heard anything from the office, so I had to call and someone came out.I see the home is now on a wait list? So I’m like ok this is for us that’s great. I tried for 2 days to reach the office with NO return. I called and text.. have actually still never heard back from them. They leased the home we were supposed to be leasing. And I only found this out by our realtor Bryan who has been nothing short of amazing. But, he was also under the impression we were good to go. As we were completely approved and waiting on the office to contact us so we could pay the deposit and sign the lease. This is just truly unprofessional and has put us in a very tough spot as our lease ends October 31st. And like I said we still have not heard back from anyone.

Finally, after three years, I have a good Leasing agent. She answers calls she returns calls. She answers Texts ! This was not a common thing from the last four. Yes, I said four leasing agents. So looks like something has turned for the better thank goodness finally have hope for enjoying having Coldwell Banker as my leasing agency for now. One good turn is what I’m happy about right now hopefully From here and out for the rest of the year. It’ll only be this good thank you Amy for helping me get my AC back up and running.!!!!
