AVOID THIS LOCATION, go to Fremont instead. Ladies, they will try to get over on you. I went to this location last year to have my side view mirror repaired. They let me know that they’d order the part and I could come back the next day. I came back the next day and the part was not there because they did not order it. I was told since it was the weekend, I’d have to wait three days. Jonas Woodson quoted me about $845 for the job, $362 for the part and $480 for two hours of labor. They inspected my mirror to make sure they were ordering the right type and color. I came back for my appointment a few days later and they finished the job in about 20 minutes. As I was checking out I asked Jonas if he was still going to charge me for two hours of labor, HE LIED and said it was a flat rate. This was verified on their recorded line by another employee. If your labor is less than quoted, obviously you don’t get charged for that time. I decided, I’d contact my bank for the difference. Then I noticed, they ordered THE WRONG COLOR part! My mirror is black and white and they ordered all black. Not only did they overcharge me, they didn’t even put the right part on. I tried calling the dealership and speaking to a supervisor. I left a voicemail and they never called me back. First update: I spoke to Abe and he is supposed to get me in to have the correct mirror put on. He did add that mirrors and glass have a minimum, flat rate fee for two hours no matter how long the job takes; so keep that in mind. Will update again after the repair!
