After commuting 50mi round trip to work, carrying many maximum capacity loads of construction materials and many road trips, I have found my truck to be of good quality and durability. I am writing you to share appreciation of a good experience during recent purchase of vehicle model bz4X. The sales rep was very informative and provided insightful feedback for my vehicle selection. Given the quality experience -I am taking this opportunity to say I will recommend friends and family to your sales location. Most friends and family already know that I highly recommend Toyota brand for reasons I mentioned ... In particular- I appreciate the insight regarding practical vehicle size, and factors to consider regarding purchase & use of electric vehicle. First and foremost. Matt from service is awesome, explained all the details to me from the jump. Very thorough with his explanations. The service was good, even had a video to show when the car is lifted/inspected. Unfortunately, my 2024 Sequoia Trd Pro began dripping oil soon after I drove it home. I couldn’t tell where it was coming from. All I knew that there was a puddle of fresh motor oil above the trd skid plate. So much so that it started to drip from the side and onto the ground. This was a Saturday evening when I saw the puddle of oil on my driveway. I called One Toyota Oakland and to my luck service dept was closed until Monday. I left messages and an email electronically as my family and I had a vacation planned and the Sequoia was Our mode of transportation. A service foreman named Tony Texted me on Sunday morning, his day off! Wow 🫡 he asked if I can come in so he can take a look at my car. Without hesitation. I checked the oil level before leaving, I wouldn’t have drove the car if oil levels were low. So, Tony inspected the car and explained that there wasn’t a proper clean up done when they changed the oil. Oil had gotten into the frame and crevices. Tony mentioned that he cleaned it all up and there were no leaks found. Aside from being inconvenienced, and anxious thinking about having cancel our vacation due to not having a family car to use. I’m glad this wasn’t a bigger issue. Thank you Tony for coming to save the day as my family are using this car on a road trip for my kids spring break!
