Bad quality silver rings. Got one for my birthday and it was all scratched and the stone fell out after a few days. 58$ for a 20$ ring. Hat to get it repolished and repaired at a different spot for another 40$ because Bagus wouldn't take it back or repair it after not even three weeks. The bagus vendor wasn't nice to me and insisted by telling me that a scratched ring is normal... Really? A new ring? Do car dealerships sell scratched new cars? I doubt it. Would not recommend at all... The atmosphere in the store is weird and the employees, especially the male vendor, look at you with total suspicion, as if you were stealing something. Not really inviting

Rude to anyone who isn't white. I am an amazigh woman (i wear a yaz necklace) but sadly i don't speak kabyle or any other amazigh native languages. Started being mean to me the moment I said I was north african but didn't speak kabyle. I tried speak darija instead but he was rude. Doesn't make me want to purchase ANYTHING from his store. Sad thing to treat your people that way.

Very unwelcoming and RACIST, there were two attended at the store both at the disposal of a white girl , once she left (I’m brown) me and my friend were checking the rings but they were acting so bothered just by our presence DESPITE of us buying stuffs. TAKE UR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
