Came in for an updo for a wedding and showed a video of what I wanted. Both me and my sister have thick long hair. The updo I got was outdated and not at all what I asked for. I watched the stylist do my sister’s hair first and it was very clear she had no idea what she was doing even though my sister was giving her feedback and showed a how to video. She had to do my sisters hair twice before my sister just gave up because we were running short on time and the stylist had to do my hair as well. I didn’t even bother to give her feedback because it was clear she did not have the proper capabilities to do updos even though I chose something so simple and doable to do. I walked out and didn’t tip. I’m never going back and strongly encourage others to get your hair done elsewhere if you’re doing an updo. Also, my sister left crying cause her hair was so bad and was giving 2012 sock bun. Also the stylist asked my sister to return her hair materials? Uh, absolutely not. We paid for you do our hair. It’s your job to replenish your supplies and not expect us to come back to return things so you can reuse them on other people. That’s extremely unsanitary 🤮 Pics: I asked for the blonde hair updo and got whatever this is.
