They were very welcoming. They take time to talk to you about anything that might concern you & offer different options for you to consider. I was there for a while, but it didn't feel like it, they have a tv for you to watch in each section. I really liked the place. Everyone was so nice & helpful. Definitely recommend them. 😁

The team is not only incredibly friendly, but also clearly knowledgeable and professional. I really appreciate how they take the time to explain things and make sure you’re never left in the dark. I had a Zoom whitening session today, and I’m honestly very disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer for quite some time and have always recommended this place to my family and friends. Unfortunately, today’s experience was completely different and extremely upsetting. I told the girl doing my treatment that I have a small mouth, but she still tried to force the large piece in until it was too painful and couldn’t fit. Only then did she switch to a smaller one. She also applied too much gel on my gums, and when removing it afterward, she continued even though I told her it was really painful. My gums started bleeding badly, yet she didn’t stop and kept using the tool and pressing on my gums with her nails. It was very uncomfortable — I honestly wanted to cry. When I got home, my gums were swollen, red, and still bleeding. I called to report the issue, but I was only told to apply a relief gel at home. I paid $599 for this service, and it was absolutely not worth it. I’ve done Zoom whitening before and understand some tooth sensitivity is normal, but I’ve never experienced this kind of gum pain and bleeding. I’m truly disappointed and, sadly, won’t be returning.
