Awesome results! I developed significant hip and calf muscle pain first thing in the morning and by the end of every day - and was taking pain killers. Rebecca followed up her assessment with active release treatment every two weeks and an evolving series of well explained exercises which I did at least 3 times a week for an hour. It took about 3 months to get back to 100% - and next year I will switch from sliding to using a stick in curling!! Thanks Collegiate!!
