Alexa RihaniMeant to write this review last month. Went to Marva to try to get slab of natural stone for our fireplace remodel. Mindy helped us and told us that they sell larger slabs and that a small project like our might be better suited for a few local businesses that sell remnants which could save us a lot of money. She gave us several recommendations and even though we weren't going to end up purchasing from them for our small project she still took the time to go through all the materials and discuss what we should look for for our specific project with regard to the heat considerations. We were very satisfied with her attention despite it being obvious within 10 minutes that we'd be better served by a different type of retailer. If we need a large kitchen project we'd come back here.
Ryan MarksThese people did me wrong. They bend there own rules as they see fit and at their convenience. They put their looks of the showroom ahead of their customers and employees well being and safety. Mindy and Bill are extremely knowledgeable but the leadership is obviously clueless. I'm not sure how they hide their horns.

In addition to explaining the different aspects of the stones Joann guided us with various design options based on the configuration of our kitchen. We experienced a few negative episodes with another distributor in Richmond but Joann made our experience with Marva a highly pleasant one. We would highly recommend Marva and refer our friends and family for their next countertop project.
Harold GoldbergJoann provided us with fantastic customer service. She listened to our concerns and brought in a slab that exactly what we wanted. She made she that we did not lose it because of our fabricator. We chose another fabricator, and she made sure that they received it. The fabricator screwed up and cut the wrong holes for the faucets. I called Joann, and she located another piece from the same lot number. It has been a pleasure dealing with her.
