This is a wonderful family owned business that has always treated me with respect. Ms Tonya, Mr. Robert, Mr Ethan, to name a few are top notch that work very hard for the many services they do. The business in the last few years has grown bigger and busier, but i still am receiving high-quality service where they really take care of me as an owner. I am the type of owner that is meticulous about having a well maintained property, and Colonial has been flexable and easy to work with for periodic maintenance and upgrades I have done in between tenants  Thank you for making my life easy all these years and keep up the excellent work!   – Brian DeMark

We went to many property management companies looking for a nice house to rent. We did not have much luck until we came across Colonial. All of the staff were very friendly and informative during the whole process. The process did not take long at all it was quick and easy. You can tell that they all genuinely love their jobs. Great vibes and a lovely atmosphere. The house is great and just what our family was looking for. I would most definitely recommend Colonial to anyone looking to rent a house 💕

Communication sucks, management lack luster. Been with them 3 years and all of the 3 years I've had issues. If you want a management company that likes to argue with you instead of finding resolution this is the place for you. The only positive thing I can say is that when I put in a work order for the most part it was addressed other than that customer service sucks. Definitely biased and judgmental. They don't respond to emails, don't follow up. I'm sure the same loud mouth heavy set lady (that's putting it nicely) gonna come posting her response and that will just further my point. I have been trying resolve a rent issue for several days and with the rental app that they use appfolio it only allows communication with the rental company. I provided all of the evidence I needed on my end with no resolve. No follow up from colonial, no response to my emails concerning the matter, no urgency to try and resolve the matter. That's just an example of how they conduct business. I’m almost positive that if it was them on the other end I'm sure they would want resolution. They expect you not to be upset when you are trying to get the issue resolved without any assistance from them. They are self serving. Response: I renewed because no one wants to keep jumping around, I have made several complaints regarding the tenants smoking marijuana etc and the company has done nothing about that which is also a lease breach since you mentioned legally binding documents. I have emails to prove it. Lastly there are several reasons why I stayed one being the actual owner nothing to do with the company. I'll take the matter to court simple when that time comes since the company nor the third party can prove any mistake on my end. The bad review is because the company is terrible simple. So quick to respond to a review but can't respond to an email. Point proven. Aug 10 I still don't have my deposit back and they have someone living in the property. I moved out June 30. I see one of the homeowners I was renting from make a review to boost the reviews. I have emailed and left a message and no response. Please do not rent from this company they have no sense of customer service at all.
