I've had a fantastic experience here. Charlotte and Laura are excellent hosts, bringing a wealth of value to the co-working space. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the coffee tap serves exceptional coffee. I’ve particularly enjoyed the recent networking events, where Kitty was especially welcoming and made the experience even better. Overall, it’s a great space with great people—and the friendly office dogs are a wonderful bonus!

Great workspace. An upstairs with a kitchen, proper desks and a single phone booth. Downstairs has 3-4 phone booths, seats, larger kitchen and plenty of seating. Lovely staff and extremely comfortable. Good location for the tram too. Slightly quieter than the other Colony's I've been too, which i prefer.

What can I say? The Colony team do things properly. Not only are they a friendly bunch of people, who go above and beyond to ensure you are happy with the service, but the venue space at Fabrica is second to none in Manchester. Highly recommend for anybody looking to host a meetup. Aside from that, the co-working space is spacious and well-designed, whilst the office space is top-notch. Please do not hesitate to use this facility as a co-working space - special mention to Tiegan, Joe, Laura and Charlotte for their support.

I am working from a dedicated desk here and love the productivity that I achieve. The facilities and surroundings are stylish, comfortable and modern. The staff are super friendly and helpful especially Laura and Charlotte who help facilitate my working day! Would highly recommend this space for anyone co-working in Manchester!
