Columbia Gorge Hotel & Spa

This is really what a spa should be, calm, relaxing, simple and clean. This has now been my 15th time to go to either the SE location or the NE location to find my balance in life. This is a great location. The combination of the steam room and sauna is a perfect contrast. Being able to get a foot soak and a tea during your steams really gets the skin and soil activated. I have had massages before also, and they are always a nice addition. Grab a robe, some flip flops, your favorite book and decompress for 2 hours. Recommend calling to see what is on the schedule, some days are women only, men only or co-ed. the NE location is a bit larger plus does have talking area if you are wanting to be social with a friend or partner. My favorite place to find zen.

The $67 Sauna Special at Loyly is one of my favorite ways to self care in Portland. 2 hours to enjoy dry sauna and steam room, + foot soak, face mask, and salt scrub. I always have a great experience at Loyly.

The staff are incredibly kind and calm. The ambience is soothing without being tacky. The sauna is hot, and the steam room smells great(?!). Don’t sleep on the extras, definitely worthwhile.
