Comfort Cabs Saskatoon

I will NEVER use this service again. It's not reliable. The pre-booking doesn't work. The dispatcher was misleading by saying "it will be there in 10 minutes" when in reality, it took 27 minutes for the vehicle to arrive. I called twice to verify if the cab was coming. This time delay could have had significant consequences in my life. I was not asking for a free ride. I just wanted to get to my destination on time. I want to apologize to the driver if I was rude by expressing my frustration to him at that time. I learned my lesson.

The service of the company was great! Driver was professional and was very kind. I accidentally left my phone in the cab. The dispatcher was more than happy to help me out. The driver was more than happy to help me out. Even tipped him $20 for coming the whole way back to drop it off. Would recommend to anyone

I had a wonderful experience with Comfort Cabs. The driver was excellent, and the dispatcher handled everything very professionally, even helping me when I had an issue with my car. I was running late for work, but they provided me with the best and most comfortable ride. Everything went smoothly, and I truly appreciate the service. Thank you!
